Bastille and Palais Garnier Opera Houses
We love to go to shows of the Opera de Paris : at the Bastille location (9 mn walk) or the beautiful Palais Garnier location (see above picture of the ‘old opera house, Palais Garnier’, which is still used, maily for ballets). Garnier is only 21 min with the metro : station ‘OPERA’ with line n°8, starting from station Ledru Rollin, located 50 meters from the apartment).
Our daughter is the flute soloist at the Paris Opera Orchestra, one of the best orchestra in France. We know well most of the shows and we can give advices to select the best shows depending on your taste !
Authentic farmers’ market : Marché d’Aligre
The marché d’Aligre is an authentic farmers’ market just two blocs away from the Loft. It is well known in Paris. There is a open air section as well as a covered section.
